The Paper Test:
On a bright day, close your garage door and turn off the lights inside. Take a piece of paper and try to slide it under the door from the outside. If it slips through easily, your bottom seal isn’t making good contact with the floor. You can also do this around the side and top seals. It’s a simple way to check for gaps where air, water, and pests can get in. A tight seal is a happy seal!
